Before the second race of your ARCA season, the General Tire 200 at Phoenix, NASCAR 26 opens your Race Shop. Repair or buy parts, check your staff, and pick a sponsor incentive before you leave. If you skip the incentive, you lose bonus money.
What to do before Phoenix
Prepare the car
Your car is worn from Daytona. Go to Garage to spend Work Points on restoring your parts, or Parts to buy new ones. Parts wear after each race across four main areas. With the Gold Edition, the extra $10,000 lets you buy several parts up to Level 3.
Check your staff in the Office
The Office opens once the car is ready. Your Crew Chief adds a percentage bonus to Work Points, your Agent adds a percentage bonus to earnings, and you start with one Mechanic (a better Mechanic gives more Work Points). Gold Edition owners can hire a VIP Crew Chief and Agent for free. Hire them before the next race so you don't miss their bonuses.
Pick a sponsor incentive
Open the Sponsors tab and choose a Jerky Boys incentive that pays bonus money on top of your weekly contract. Pick one that matches the result you expect from your car.

In Team, change your paint scheme, firesuit and helmet. Your trophies are shown here once you start winning.
How progress works
